The Idea Wingman is a (maximum 1 year) start up/ project support system that has three sub programs.

• Program 1 is free to eligible participants and it includes hands on support through the start up process.
• Program 2 is an extension of the partnership with Biz Factory and includes on site IT related small business support.
• Program 3 is a joint project with the production arm of Doomsday Banana. Through this partnership a live video series is created where a person pitches their idea live and no matter what gets money based on how many likes and shares the video gets while live on the Facebook platform exclusively. At the end of a season, the participants can participate in a show and tell competition to give updates on their project and compete for a $5,000 grant.
